Position 01: Head of Digital Transformation (SVP / EVP)
As the Head of Digital Transformation at NBP, you will play a pivotal role in leading our digital evolution. Your responsibilities will include securing buy-in from leadership, transforming employee experiences, implementing human-centered design methodologies, fostering an innovation culture, and improving client experiences. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in the financial sector, telecom sector, software, E-Commerce, or Fintech. Proficiency in project management methodologies and hands-on programming skills are advantageous.
Position 02: Head of Digital Channels and Payments (SVP / EVP)
In the role of Head of Digital Channels and Payments, you will oversee the end-to-end customer journey for Digital Payments, identify and launch new distribution channels, manage the P&L impact of Digital Channels, and focus on contactless and tokenized payments. This position requires a minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in relevant sectors. Strong experience in budgeting, payments, and transactions handling is preferred.
As the Head of Data Analytics & Insights, your responsibilities will involve developing strategies for data science, AI, and machine learning, collaborating with stakeholders, modeling complex business problems, and leading technical teams. You should have a minimum of 12 years of experience, with expertise in data management, governance, strategy, and technology. Knowledge of big data solutions and proficiency in project management methodologies are advantageous.
