A Step by Step Apply Method
- Step 1: Access the BPSC Website
- Visit the official BPSC website at www.bpsc.gob.pk.
- Step 2: Online Application (Preferred Method for BPS-16 and Above)
- For positions in BPS-16 and above, it is strongly recommended to submit your application online through the BPSC website.
- Fill out the online application form with accurate information, following the provided instructions.
- Ensure that you have scanned copies of required documents such as your CNIC and Treasury Receipt (Green Challan) ready for uploading.
- Complete the online application process and submit it electronically.
- No hardcopy of the online application is required for online submissions.
- Step 3: Manual Application (For Applicants without Internet Access)
- If you don’t have internet access, you can submit your application manually.
- Obtain the prescribed application form from the BPSC website, which includes detailed information about the post you are applying for.
- Fill out the form with the required particulars in accordance with the post’s conditions.
- Ensure you have the original CNIC and Treasury Receipt (Green Challan) ready.
- Step 4: Submission of Manual Application
- If you are submitting a manual application, you can do so by hand at the Balochistan Public Service Commission facility in Quetta or by mail.
- Submit your completed application on or before the closing date, which is October 13, 2023.
- Step 5: Required Documents for Screening/Written Test
- Regardless of whether you applied online or manually, it is mandatory to bring the original CNIC, Treasury Receipt (Green Challan), and the downloaded copy of the Admission Certificate/Roll no slip at the time of the Screening/Written Test.
- Step 6: Roll No Slip
- If you submitted your application by hand or mail, your Roll No Slip will be dispatched to your postal address.
- Applicants will also receive SMS notifications regarding their Roll No Slip.
- Step 7: Frequent Website Visits

- Step 8: Application Fee
- Pay the required application fee (Rs. 1000 for BPS-18) at designated banks in Balochistan or Government Treasuries authorized to handle government transactions under the Head C02101 ORGAN OF STATE EXAM. FEE RECEIPT BPSC.
- Ensure you incorporate the relevant RCO/District-wise Code in the Challan, which is available on the official BPSC website.
